Traumatic injuries and challenges often involve problems with proper body alignment. Understanding this fact is crucial for resolving the acute and chronic pain found in the lower back (sciatica), knee, hip, shoulder, neck and other parts of the body.
I have spent the last 15 years helping people maximize their overall health using functional exercise, acupressure points and emotional release techniques. I use a combination of manual pressure and mechanical vibration (with a Deep Muscle Stimulator) to rid muscles and fascia of scar tissue and knots, increase flexibility and promote flow of life energy, which is also known as prana or chi.
I have a Bachelors in Nursing Sciences, an Associate Degree in fitness and powerlifting, and I was trained by Pat Jackman in Emotional Release Bodywork techniques. I work one-on-one with my clients to help them maximize their well-being by realigning their structural as well as their energy pathways. This helps their being have all the necessary ingredients to heal itself from the physical and emotional trauma acquired throughout life.
The intention is to use a holistic approach of healing physical and emotional trauma by understanding the concept of life force energy meridians as well as the techniques of removing energy blocks. These blocks have been stored in various areas of the body because of unexpressed emotions and unresolved conflicts.
The body constantly communicates the current state of being enabling people to create a two-way interaction and take personal responsibility for their own health. As a result of clearing the energy pathways, the body will regain the ability to heal itself in the same fashion as it does when it heals a cut or a wound.
The results from these techniques are supported by my personal experiences of successfully overcoming many severe injuries as well as by the research done by John E. Sarno, MD, Liz Koch, Tom Myers and Dr. Bruce Lipton.
My vision is to help humanity heal by providing knowledge of each individual’s personal power and how they can access it.
